How to delete your account (in-app)

Open Zyngo App

Launch the Zyngo application on your Android or iOS device and sign in to the account you wish to delete permanently.

Access Sidebar Menu

Tap the menu icon (☰) located at the top-left corner of the home screen to open the navigation drawer.

Go to Settings & Account

From the menu, select Settings then navigate to Account Management section.

You may need to scroll down to find "Privacy & Security" options.

Choose "Delete Account"

Tap on Delete Account or Request Account Deletion at the bottom of the account page.

Confirm Permanently Delete

Review the warning message, then tap Confirm Permanently Delete. Your account and all associated data will be erased instantly from Zyngo servers.

Deletion is immediate — no recovery possible.
Data Deletion Scope: All personal information (name, email, phone, address book), order history, coupons, referral credits, delivery preferences, and support tickets.

If you cannot access the app, send an email request from your registered email ID. Include your full name and registered phone number.

Frequently Asked Questions about Account Deletion

What happens after I delete my account?
All your personal data including profile, order history, saved addresses, payment methods, and referral earnings are permanently erased. You will no longer be able to log in, and your previous orders cannot be retrieved.
Can I create a new account with the same email/phone number?
Yes, you can sign up again after deletion. However, previous order history, coupons, or rewards will not be restored. It will be treated as a brand new account.
Is there any waiting period before deletion?
No, Zyngo processes deletion immediately upon confirmation from the app or via verified email request. Once you click confirm, your account is deactivated and scheduled for permanent data purge within 48 hours.
What about ongoing subscriptions or active orders?
Please ensure you cancel any ongoing orders or subscriptions before requesting deletion. Zyngo will not be liable for any loss of service or pending deliveries after deletion.
How long does it take to receive deletion confirmation?
You'll receive an automated confirmation email within few minutes. For email requests, manual processing may take up to 72 business hours.
